DISNEY'S DARE TO DREAM JR
Join us in the July school holidays for this two week programme. Following on from the success from April's "Frozen JR", we bring this brand new show to the Pumphouse stage, casting, rehearsing and performing over the two weeks. The cast size is strictly limited to 60 cast members.
Disney’s Dare to Dream JR. is a musical revue that follows an eager group of trainees on their first day at a fictional Walt Disney Imagineering Studio. As the group sets out to help each other discover their dreams, they work together to explore the power of dreams to unite, inspire, and make anything possible.
Drawing from a century of beloved Disney films, Dare to Dream JR. features songs appearing for the first time ever in a Disney stage musical, including fan-favorites from The Princess and the Frog, Coco, Encanto, and Frozen II. This musical revue is a thrilling mix of contemporary songs, timeless classics, and brand-new medleys that are sure to surprise and delight Disney lovers of all ages!
This programme is a two-week intensive, with rehearsals running from Tuesday 1st - Friday 4th July at the Rose Centre (Belmont), before moving to The Pumphouse for final rehearsals Monday - Tuesday (7th and 8th July) and the performances on Wednesday 9th, Thursday 10th, Friday 11th July and Saturday 12th July. The cast are required from 9am to 4pm each day.

About National Youth Theatre
National Youth Theatre is an all-access training programme for children and young adults. You don't need to audition to be part of the chorus, our lead roles are auditioned from within the cast. Rehearsals are broken up by age group and all of the skills you need to participate in the show are taught by our experienced tutors.
