Leave a gift in your Will and keep the stage open for the next generation

A gift in your Will can help ensure that every young person has the opportunity to participate in, experience and be inspired by theatre, regardless of their financial circumstances.

By including National Youth Theatre in your Will, you can help create opportunities for tamariki and rangatahi for generations to come.

A future with theatre in it

Your legacy can open a door

At NYT, we believe financial circumstances should never determine whether a young person can experience the power of theatre.

A gift in your Will can help remove those barriers and create opportunities for future generations of tamariki and rangatahi to take part, belong, create and experience live theatre.

What your gift could make possible

Participate

Help a young person take their place on stage.

Legacy gifts can support scholarships for tamariki and rangatahi who may otherwise be unable to afford to participate in NYT programmes and productions. Support may help with programme fees, tuition, costumes, camps and other costs that make participation possible.

Experience

Help a young person experience the magic of live theatre.

Your gift can also help tamariki and rangatahi experience theatre as audience members, including those who might otherwise have little or no access. This may support tickets, school performances, transport and outreach that introduces young people to live theatre.

As NYT grows, your legacy may also support future initiatives with the same purpose: removing barriers and creating access to theatre for young people.

Our partnership with EveryWill

Write your Will for free

We have partnered with EveryWill to make writing a Will simple and accessible.

You can create your Will online for free, and return to update it in the future at no cost. Creating a Will through EveryWill does not require you to leave a gift to NYT. Whether you choose to do so is entirely up to you.

EveryWill guides you through the process online, after which your Will must be printed and signed correctly with witnesses.

You may choose to support NYT generally, or tell us that you are particularly interested in creating access and opportunity for young people through participation scholarships, theatre experiences or related future programmes.

Where appropriate and with your permission, NYT may also recognise legacy supporters on our website or in other donor recognition materials. You can always choose to remain anonymous.
